Nicolas Tarkhoff, “ Young child with a black cat”, 1908

Little known painter, yet his palette is exceptional. Tarkhoff, like many artists, chose to live in Paris in 1899. He went to Brittany then settled near Paris, in Orsay. He participates in the Salon d'Automne and the Salon des Indépendants.
