Stefan Szczesny exhibits at Château de Bénat

From June 26 to August 23, 2026, Château de Bénat welcomes German artist Stefan Szczesny this summer for a sculpture exhibition. During this period, his works will be displayed in the gardens of Château de Bénat as well as at Château de Brégançon, in a direct dialogue with the generous nature and Mediterranean light of the Var coastline.

A prominent figure in the international art scene, Stefan Szczesny has been developing a radiant and assertive body of work for over forty years, imbued with the joy of life, the beauty of the body, and the energy of movement. His sculptures, with their sensual forms and clean lines, inhabit space with a presence that is both light and powerful. Installed in nature, they engage in conversation with their surroundings, revealing the most essential aspects of the landscape.

Stefan Szczesny's works will also be presented at Château de Bénat throughout the season, alongside the estate's other exhibitions.

In parallel with the exhibition at Château de Bénat, several works by Stefan Szczesny are also installed at Château de Brégançon, offering an exceptional artistic journey between these two emblematic locations.

This exhibition is part of the Uningo Foundation's commitment to artistic creation and support for contemporary artists.
